Primary Purpose:
Lead instructional programs, direct operations, and supervise personnel at the campus level. Provide instructional leadership to ensure high standards of academic services. Ensure campus compliance with District policies, the success of instructional programs, and the efficient operation of all campus activities.

Education/Certification:
Master’s Degree in educational administration or curriculum and instruction
Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
Texas teaching certificate
Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser

Experience:
Three (3) years experience as a classroom teacher 
Experience in instructional leadership roles (preferred)
