Help direct and manage the overall program of instrumental music for the district. Provide students with an opportunity to participate in extracurricular band activities and ensure compliance with all state, University Interscholastic League (UIL), and district requirements. Help plan activities to achieve district, region, and state recognition. Candidates will assist with the high school marching band, high school concert ensembles, lead a junior high UIL-performing band, and instruct beginner instrument-specific classes, plus assigned duties. All bands are team taught.
