Description/Notes: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary academic leader to join our Hamilton ISD
team. The elementary principal will be responsible for driving academic excellence and fostering a
culture of continuous improvement for both students and staff. Building strong and genuine
relationships with all stakeholders is a critical component of this instructional leadership position.

Qualifications: - Master's degree in educational administration
 - Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
 - Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser

Salary Range: Negotiable
