Aquilla ISD is looking for a qualified individual who has a passion for teaching young students primarily 4 and 5 years old.  The ideal candidate understands the power in academic and behavior instruction that early childhood education offers.  This person will help to identify students with needs as they enter the beginning of their educational journey.  Ability to function in a high energy classroom environment required. Implementing efficient classroom systems focused on student success is imperative.  A self motivated individual with a servant heart and strong classroom management skills is a must.  Previous classroom teaching or educational experience preferred but not required.  A willingness to learn to lead a classroom is.  Valid Texas teaching certification required.
