Primary Purpose:
Provide leadership in coordinating, administering, and overseeing student services including but not limited to:
- Safety
- Teacher Incentive Allotment
- Assessment/Accountability
- Student support services
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Master’s degree in education or related field
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Three years of principal experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead committee, processes for implementing Teacher Incentive Allotment related to:
- Teacher Observation-TTESS
- Student Growth
- Spending Plan
2. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines including:
- Drills/Audits
- Safety grants
- Training
- Facility checks
- Work with vendors
- School safety committee chair
- Emergency Operation Procedures
3. Assessment
- Assist District Testing Coordinator
- Support campus testing coordinators
- Analyzing testing data
- Create presentations to review data and create plans
4. Policy Updates
