Primary Purpose:
Provide leadership in coordinating, administering, and overseeing student services including but not limited to:

  • Safety
  • Teacher Incentive Allotment 
  • Assessment/Accountability
  • Student support services
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Master’s degree in education or related field

Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience:
Three years of principal experience

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead committee, processes for implementing Teacher Incentive Allotment related to:

  • Teacher Observation-TTESS
  • Student Growth
  • Spending Plan
2. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines including:

  • Drills/Audits
  • Safety grants
  • Training
  • Facility checks
  • Work with vendors 
  • School safety committee chair
  • Emergency Operation Procedures
3. Assessment

  • Assist District Testing Coordinator
  • Support campus testing coordinators
  • Analyzing testing data
  • Create presentations to review data and create plans
4. Policy Updates

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.

Personal computer, printer, calculator, copier, phone, fax machine, and shredder.

Work with frequent interruptions, and maintain emotional control under stress.  Repetitive hand motions, and prolonged use of a computer.
