Teaching field is currently PE  but could consider other subjects

$3500 above base pay for all Penelope ISD teachers
$1500 signing bonus for new college graduates
11 month contract (equals $3000-$5000 extra depending on years of experience) 
Head coaching stipend (very competitive) 
Additional stipends for any other sports coached
