Job Title: Title IX & Records Coordinator
FLSA Status: Exempt, 226 days
Reports To: Assistant Superintendent of Operations
Pay Grade: PR-203
Department: Student Services

Primary Purpose: Coordinate compliance with Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Oversee investigation and resolution of complaints. Collaborate with district staff and outside personnel to identify and address systematic problems.

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree required. 
Master’s Degree (Preferred) 

Special Knowledge/Skills
Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and policies applicable to Title IX
Knowledge of the organization’s policies, regulations, and practices
Knowledge of grievance policies 
Ability to oversee investigations and resolve conflicts
Ability to interpret data
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Ability to communicate with others
Excellent public relations, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: 
Three years of experience in an administrative role in education
