Our Williams House campus is located within an emergency children’s shelter located in Lometa, Texas. We have two types of schools onsite. One is a community based school while another serves approximately thirty K-12 emergency shelter students. Our mission is to increase the capacity for human greatness. Our three imperatives: Belong, Be Great, Find Joy. 

 

Evaluates the needs and abilities of students and determines the best methods and techniques to provide instruction within core subject area. Teachers ensure students show continuous improvement in learning; embraces technology, looks for purposeful ways to engage students and welcomes the challenge of creating rigorous curriculum.

 

 

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Valid Texas Teaching Certificate preferred

Prior teaching experience preferred

Knowledge of curriculum and technology used in instructional settings

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
