Qualifications:

Education/Certification:
Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications such as Windows 10 and 
Office 2016
Ability to install, maintain, and repair computers and peripherals such as interactive whiteboards, document cameras, projectors, printers, security cameras, and other devices
Ability to install and maintain network and audio/video cabling
Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs quickly without supervision
Experience:
One year work experience installing, maintaining, and repairing computers and peripherals
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Installation
Install and upgrade computers and peripherals throughout the district.
Install network and audio/video cabling throughout the district.
Relocate computer hardware, peripherals, and equipment as needed.
Install and configure software as needed.
Assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of network equipment.
Equipment Repair and Maintenance
Diagnose and repair equipment, including printers, projectors, interactive whiteboards, document cameras, personal computers, and other devices.
Service equipment according to established preventive maintenance schedule.
Maintain accurate updated records of preventive maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of time and materials required to perform repairs and service.
