Walnut Springs is a small rural school serving between 175 and 200 students in grades PK-12 with a staff of 35 employees. We are located in northern Bosque County. 

Job Description 
Work with Special Education Students in grades PK-12. Walnut Springs is a member of the Bosque County Special Education Coop. Work with Coop Diagnosticians to coordinate ARD meetings and maintain required documentation. Analyze assessment data in order to develop strategies based on student needs. Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential.
 
Job Requirements 
Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements;
 Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
 Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
 Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
 
 
Benefits
State Base + Local Longevity Stipend $1,000.00 1st year at WS and increases with years at WS
Pays $225.00 towards health insurance
