Searching for a paraprofessional that has experience in dealing with difficult or struggling learners that need guidance, assistance, and redirection to help improve behavior so they can academically perform.   The person must be firm, fair, and consistent, be willing to get training in CPI restraint, have lots of patience, and be willing to work with children who have a variety of challenging behaviors all day on a daily basis.
