Provide user-friendly technology support to staff at all campuses and administrative departments. Provide phone support, technology issue evaluation and assign technology work orders.  Assure that all staff technology needs are accurately assessed, prioritized and met.

Education/Certification:
GED or High School Diploma
ACMT (Apple Certified Macintosh Technician)
2 years of college or technical school/military training in computer maintenance and repair or equivalent experience

Experience:
2 years of training or related experience (preferred)
