PRIMARY PURPOSE / FUNCTION:
 
Assist in providing timely and effective Information Technology support to all campuses and administrative departments
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Education/Certification:
Associates Degree in Information Systems, equivalent military training, or equivalent experience.
A+ Certification preferred.
 
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Workstation Administration
  • Experience in the installation, deployment, administration, and support of Windows Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10 and Apple IOS
  • Experience in the repair and maintenance of PC hardware and peripherals
  • Train and assist end users with hardware and software issues
  • General application installation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of OS performance tuning, troubleshooting, and correction
  • Knowledge of educational based software packages
  • Troubleshooting TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network printing connectivity issues

Experience working with computer hardware and software applications
