Mullin Oaks is seeking a SPED Instructional Aide.  This individual is to provide instructional assistance to students under the direct supervision of a certified teacher.  Assist in preparing, conducting, and managing of classroom activities.  Ensure compliance with the inclusion needs of special education students.  Qualifications: none  Education/Certification:  Associate’s degree, two years of study at an institution of higher learning, or have met formal academic assessment as required by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and a valid Texas educational aide certificate. Special skills: Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics. Ability to work well with children.  Ability to communicate effectively.
